3.3 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an Account:
3.4 Capacity. By registering, you represent and warrant that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.
4.1 One Account Per Person. Each individual may register and maintain only one Account on s5 gcash. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.
4.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and valid email address. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change.
4.3 KYC Verification. s5 gcash is required to verify the identity and age of all Players before processing withdrawals. You will be required to submit a valid government-issued Philippine ID (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, driver's licence, SSS ID, or UMID) and may be required to submit proof of address. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is complete.

All Accounts on s5 gcash are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in PHP. s5 gcash does not accept or process transactions in any foreign currency or cryptocurrency.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.

5.3 s5 gcash will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure, or from your sharing of credentials with a third party.
5.4 s5 gcash reserves the right to suspend or lock any Account where suspicious activity is detected, pending investigation. During any such investigation, access to funds in the Account may be temporarily restricted.
5.5 You must not allow any other person to access or use your Account. All wagers placed through your Account are your sole responsibility, regardless of who placed them.
s5 gcash accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods only:

7.1 s5 gcash may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Players from time to time. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. 7.3 Bonus Abuse. s5 gcash reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived therefrom, and to suspend or close Accounts, where it determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to:
7.4 Promotion Expiry. Bonus funds and free spins expire within the timeframe stated in the relevant promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from the Account without compensation.
7.5 s5 gcash reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any promotion already accepted by a Player will be honoured under the terms in effect at the time of acceptance.
8.1 All games available on the s5 gcash Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

12.3 s5 gcash does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude s5 gcash's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

15.4 If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism or to the appropriate Philippine courts having jurisdiction.
15.5 You agree that any claim or cause of action arising from your use of the Platform must be filed within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arose, or it shall be permanently barred.
